Victoria's Secret is hiring for the role of Assistant Data Specialist!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Execute and deliver Core Order Management work (New Vendor Purchase Order [VPO] Completion and Amendments to existing VPOs) with accuracy 
• Update VPO and Release to Vendor within pre‐defined SLA
• Ensure adherence to process and calling out exceptions and escalate in a timely manner
• Maintain high levels of Accuracy in the work executed
• Meet pre‐defined timelines in the turnaround of allocated tasks
• Handle Brand communications and other Internal Email Communication as necessary
• Ensure all assigned E‐Learnings and training are completed as per schedule
• Participate in Internal meetings and workshops
• Update Daily work list & track log 

Requirements:

• Excellent Verbal and Written English Communication skills
• Good knowledge of Computer Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Ability to work under pressure
• Average to above Average Data Management and Analytical skills
• High Level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Should be self‐motivated, self‐driven, and time bound 
• Flexible to adapt to Changes and Business requirements
• 1 to 1.5 year’s experience in IT/data entry, preferably in Order Management and Data Analytics
• Previous experience of using SAP, Sales Force would be an added advantage
