Assistant Compliance Analyst Job in Pune at Eaton

Eaton is hiring for the role of Assistant Compliance Analyst!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Timely and Efficient handling of all requests received in the Mailbox
• Ensure all the requests are processed, tracked, and maintained within the given timeline
• Reach out to the senior leadership team to provide regular updates.
• Reach out to Customers for any additional information required to process their requests
• Identify methods to streamline the working process for continuous improvement
• Reach out to Suppliers to collect Relevant information on Forced Labor Law
• Should be able to solicit information from the Suppliers and compile the same for efficient tracking
• Ensure efficient tracking and maintenance of the information received from each Supplier
• Mailbox management including responding to customer & supplier inquiries on requested information

Requirements:

• Any Graduate / PG
• 2-3 years of relevant experience related to the Compliance function of supply chain management
• Able to learn & Use external tools like Resilinc to mitigate risk alerts
• Familiarity with process improvement methodologies
• Good communication and customer care skills when interacting with both internal and/or external customers
• Flexible attitude to work with the willingness to learn new skills when required
