Mace is hiring for the role of Assistant Commercial Manager - Construction!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

  • Working towards membership of MCIOB / MAPM / MRICS / MICE or equivalent demonstrable professional or personal development.  
  • Experience in the successful delivery phase of projects and programs in the construction sector. 
  • Construction management expertise.  
  • Developing commercial and financial acumen.  

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in civil with master's from NICMAR/RICS.
  • Experience in leading a project of a similar nature.
  • Experience leading parts of construction projects within large, diverse teams.  
  • Experience in building relationships with key stakeholders.  
  • Knowledge of how carbon and sustainability considerations will shape the outlook of the projects you are working on.
