Muthoot fincorp ltd is hiring for the role of Assistant Branch Manager!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Enhance the Branch Business through business development, smooth flow of transactions, Revenue generation, Operational efficiency, Customer Acquisition, and Retention.  
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure the smooth functioning of the branch.  Ensure operational adherence as per the Manual of Instructions and laid down policies and practices. 
• Mitigate and prevent Risk (material & people) by early and timely detection of fraud(s) and upholding the vision & values of the Organization and the goodwill of customers.
• Ensure quality of business and operational efficiency through proper process adherence. Achieving branch targets.
• Maintain branch books of accounts and statutory records, operations of the branch as per manual of instructions Acquisition of new customers and retention of existing customers Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth functioning of the branches Activate and Coordinate Marketing Activities
