Caratlane is hiring for the role of Assistant Art Director!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Collaborate with the Art Director and the creative team to develop creative concepts and execute designs across various mediums, including print, digital, and social media.
• Plan and manage photoshoots, including selecting photographers, models, and locations, and overseeing all aspects of the shoot.
• Work with data to drive creative decisions and ensure that design solutions are effective and impactful.
• Create and edit design assets using software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Camera Raw.
• Ensure that all designs are consistent with the brand's visual identity and guidelines.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to tight deadlines.
• Manage the assigned catalog work for the CaratLane website.

Requirements:

• A bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field from a premier design
  school.
• 2 to 5 years of experience in the design industry.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Camera Raw.
• Knowledge of design principles, color theory, and typography.
• Good aesthetic sense and an eye for detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
