Assistant Area Manager (AAM) Job in Bangalore at Afford Plan

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive sales performance and achieve assigned revenue targets within the designated territory 
• Lead, manage, and motivate a team of minimum 10 field sales executives 
• Conduct regular field visits to monitor team performance and provide on-ground support 
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize market penetration 
• Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and ensure target achievement 
• Ensure strong customer acquisition and retention 
• Identify new business opportunities and expand market reach 
• Maintain discipline, productivity, and performance standards within the team 
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and target fulfillment 

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum 5 years of direct face-to-face selling experience 
• Currently managing a team of at least 10 members (preferably direct sales team) 
• Strong field sales background with a target-driven approach 
• Proven leadership and team-handling capability 
• Stable career history with consistent performance record 
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
