Link Group is hiring for the role of Assistant Accountant!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Assist with journal preparation and finalization in the ERP system
- Conduct general ledger reconciliation and follow-up
- Assist with bank reconciliation and follow up
- Participate in process improvement
- Assist in compilation of FBT (Fringe benefit tax) and ABS returns
Requirements:
- Commerce Graduate/MBA(Finance) with minimum 2 years’ experience of Management/Financial Accounting in MNC’s
- Achievement of deadlines/tasks
- Quality and accuracy of reporting
- Minimise and clearance of reconciling items
- Improvements in departmental Key Performance Measures
- Problem resolution (self-starting)
- Reconciliation skills
- General office skills
- Building and maintaining relationship with internal & external parties
- Self-starter
- Communicative
- Team player
- An owner of issues
- Strong numerical skills
