Assistant Job at B.M. Chemie

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Assist/provide support to marketing managers in day to day work.
• Communicate with customers for daily requirements of the products.
• Respond to general email inquiries.
• Follow-up with customers for payments.
• Attend phone calls and take messages on behalf of the marketing manager.
• Schedule and arrange meetings with existing and new customers.
• Maintain minutes of meetings. Coordinate all travel arrangements when required.
• Reminding the manager/executive of important tasks and deadlines.

Qualification:

• Proficiency in using office software, including word processing, spreadsheets, and presentation tools.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in tasks.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
• Familiarity with basic research methods and data analysis techniques.
• Professionalism and the ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English is a must.
• Prior experience as an assistant can add advantage.
• Women candidates preferred
