Genpact is hiring for the role of Assistance Vice President (Sourcing Execution)!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Negotiate and manage contracts, demonstrating proven ability to develop supplier contracts, communicate, and implement new contracts with business sourcing and stakeholders.
• Execute cost reduction projects through competitive strategic sourcing processes (RFx), process changes, and sustainable cost controls, collaborating with Finance to validate project impacts.
• Lead sourcing and strategy meetings with high visibility to leadership, requiring strong communication and presentation skills.
• Possess strong analytical skills and high levels of numeracy, with proven ability to use commercial data analysis tools to review and analyze spend data (e.g., commodity costs, supplier spend, TCOs, savings projections).
• Capture and present succinct messages and data in presentation decks, communicating professionally at all levels, both verbally and in writing.
• Manage business stakeholder and supplier relationships, demonstrating strong skills and experience in this area.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree: Required
• MBA or equivalent: Preferred
• Domains:
  • Possess strong operations experience in Procurement and Supply Chain Services. Experience with Procurement Technology Platforms is desirable.
  • Have strong knowledge and experience in managing and/or driving strategic sourcing projects in direct or indirect categories (e.g., Packaging, IT, Professional Services, MRO, etc.).
  • Exhibit strong client interfacing skills and consulting acumen.
  • Hold Green Belt / Black Belt certification in Sourcing & Procurement or SCM functions (desirable).
  • Demonstrate excellent communication, presentation, and analytical (problem-solving) skills.
  • Possess solid foundational knowledge of the S2P domain.
• Soft skills:
  • Be comfortable working with virtual teams and use appropriate communication channels and tools (verbal/written: blog, email, collaboration tools, etc.) to accomplish tasks.
  • Exhibit risk-taking abilities, commercial savvy, and the ability to independently deal with uncertainty with a positive attitude.
