Vodafone Idea Limited is hiring for the role of AGM - Mass Distribution!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Delivering sales targets for all products (voice-prepaid / post-paid, data, VAS, handsets, etc.) by executing the distribution strategy at the channel partner level
• Ensuring quality of acquisition through the distribution channel
• Ensuring availability of stock at retail while adhering to the norms
• Competition Tracking – programs & structures
• Executing promotional activities for channel partners to drive sales and build market credibility
• Achieving revenue target for the distribution channel across all products
• Achieving retail (MBO) expansion targets through an increase in the number of outlets in existing and new geographies
• Identifying and developing new channel partner

Requirements:

• Proven experience in managing large-scale distribution networks
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of the market and distribution landscape
• Ability to analyze and interpret market trends and consumer behavior
• Experience in managing and optimizing supply chain processes
• Strong financial management and budgeting skills
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies
• Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations governing the distribution of products
