Goldman Sachs is hiring for the role of Analyst-Asset & Wealth Management!

Responsibilities of the Candidates:

• Analyze business processes for Automation Opportunities and design process solutions using continuous improvement principles. Leverage the Eliminate, Simplify and Automate thought process.
• Design, develop, and implement RPA (Robotic Process Automation) solutions using tools/ programming languages such as Automation Anywhere, Power Automate, and Python.
• Develop and manage process and control environments (inventory and maps) for deposit operations.
• Adhere to software development best practices, including governance, development, testing, go-live readiness, training, and post-production support.
• Identify gaps and risks in automation solutions and take appropriate action/escalation
• Obtain necessary change advisory board approvals, assess the impact of change across the business and ensure production readiness
• Maintain up to date inventory of business policies and procedures and develop and maintain current and target operating models to drive process efficiencies and risk controls.
• Collaborate effectively with stakeholders and team members, demonstrating strong organizational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Exhibit a positive attitude, strong drive, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related technical field. Instead of the undergraduate degree in the required field, significant coding and full-scale RPA implementation is required
• 2-3 years of demonstrable experience in RPA full life cycle implementations.
• Proven analytical skills and problem-solving ability demonstrated through past quantitative or model-building roles.
• Hands-on experience with RPA tools like Automation Anywhere, Power Automate or other Industry automation tools.
• Experience with REST APIs.
• Familiarity with process engineering tools (e.g., Signavio, Visio).
• Meticulous attention to detail with strong drive, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in SQL or similar database query languages
• Knowledge of BI tools such as Alteryx, Power BI, or QlikView.
• Experience with Python/R for automation is a plus.
• Experience with VBScript and Excel macros, and advanced Excel using VBA is a plus.
