JP Morgan is hiring for the role of Asset Management - Retirement Advisor Support- Associate!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Assist client advisors/internal client advisors in client prospecting support activities
• Support implementation managers and Relationship managers with new/existing client contracts including timely renewal of contracts and contract amendments
• Facilitate production and review of plan/participant communications for prospective and existing clients
• Facilitate production of periodic plan reviews for existing clients
• Help manage and maintain various internal databases, systems, and applications to enable effective transition of roles and responsibilities across the sales cycle
• Assist onshore partners with CRM maintenance, standard/ad hoc reporting, and inquiries

Requirements:

• MBA(Finance)/CFA with relevant industry experience and knowledge of sales process
• Understanding of investment philosophies and asset classes
• Quantitative bent of mind and strong data analytic skill
• Proficiency in Adobe Professional, MS Office product suite (Excel, Word, Access, SharePoint and PowerPoint) required   
• Ability to delve into details with a view to proactively solve issues, develop new ideas, and add value to existing functions 
• Effective planning, prioritization, and time management skills to meet strict deadlines or change priorities 
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
