Asset Management Analyst Job in Gurgaon at JLL

JLL is hiring for the role of Asset Management Analyst!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Analyze annual and quarterly financial statements for an assigned portfolio of multifamily and commercial properties in accordance with JLL REC best practices and the requirements of Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, HUD, Life Companies and other Investors
• Participate in Asset Management related meetings as requested
• Prepare and submit assigned reporting to management and investors, as required
•  Lead individually assigned departmental tasks
• Other duties as deemed necessary

Requirements:

• You will have a Degree / Diploma or relevant educational background in Real Estate, Business Administration or Accounting & Finance with min 2-5 years of working experience
• Strong Microsoft Excel and Word proficiency
• Strong math, verbal, writing, and organizational skills
• Strong time management skills and ability to operate under demanding deadlines
• Ability to multitask and work on several transactions simultaneously
• Ability to recognize risk
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to audit own work
• Ability to work independently and in teams.
