Assembly & Test Tech Executive Job in Pune at Honeywell International, Inc.

Honeywell is hiring for the role of Assembly & Test Tech Executive!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Adhere to safety standards and follow HSE cardinal rules
  
• Able to read and follow written instructions and work orders
• Assemble Plastic, Metal assemblies and FG assemblies as per the work instructions
• Wire crimping, Duct cutting, routing of wires etc.
• Set up machinery and prepare equipment to get the line running after a stop
• Administer all production flow and collaborate with supervisor to identify all process and equipment issues
• Load and unload products on the production line including chamber testing, packaging or unpackaging of products
• Mechanical aptitude, able to read mechanical asemby drawings
• Hands on experience in asembly and allignment work
• Functional testing of products and cabinets
• Label and packaging of the product 
• Adhere to  BIQ
• Adhere to SOS and other QMS/ISO processes 
• Test equipment monitoring and raising alarm for any quality and safety issues.
• Meet Daily/Weekly/Monthly Production Plan
• Faulty finding, Analysis and Repairing of the in-process rejected/faulty electric and electromechanical parts
• Able to assemble and maintain the test equipment
• Basic computer knowledge, MS Office- Word, Excel etc
• Go Beyond and Act with Urgency to deliver Quality product

Requirements:

• ITI with NCTVT OR equivalent technical qualification/Diploma in Electronics / Mechanical / Electrical
• 2-3 years experience. Specialist Skills and in-depth knowledge of Electronic Products/Wire Harnessing, Electromechanical Products, Test Equipments 
• Effective  communication with his fellow workers and supervisor
• Techincal and production procedure understanding
• Basic understanding of the product, a basic understanding of schematics/drawings
