About this Job

Responsibilities:

  • New Business Development through new client acquisition and achieving annual budgeted revenue from NBD clients, Retention of existing customers and acquiring incremental business from existing customers.
  • Need to ensure to achieve Sales revenue target of Existing customers (Month on Month). Need to maintain relationship with existing clients to pitch in for new projects of existing clients.
  • Need to ensure to achieve Sales revenue target of Existing customers (Month on Month). Need to maintain relationship with existing clients to pitch in for new projects of existing clients.
  • Need to travel across the respective state to meet existing clients and to develop a new client base. Responsible for developing new markets and opportunities in the respective State.
  • Need to support City managers in terms of sales for the respective state.
  • Need to support city managers and Ops team members to maintain service level and service quality.
  • Need to increase the footprints across the state for the organization.

Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as a Regional Sales Manager, Area Manager or similar senior sales role
  • Ability to measure and analyze key performance indicators (ROI and KPIs)
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing sales teams
  • Strong knowledge of sales strategies, techniques, and methodologies
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze sales data and develop effective sales plans
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Ability to travel frequently within the assigned region
