• Required: UG – Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance or Engineering
• Preferred: CFA Level I cleared / Chartered Accountant / MBA / Masters

Location: Mumbai

Brief About The Role:

The ideal candidate should have worked for an Investment Bank, Consulting, Financial services or funded start-up. She/ he will be responsible for assisting the micro venture fund investments team functioning and carrying out responsibilities end to end with high levels of diligence & meeting timelines.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Carry out extensive industry/ sector research
• Writing Investment notes, research reports, blogs
• Analyzing business plans, building financial models, making investment memorandum
• Assisting the Analyst in managing portfolio companies end to end and partner with the founders in enabling robust audits, assessing performance and assistance that may be needed wrt to people, operations etc 
• Miscellaneous workstreams in the investments team

Technical strengths:

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint & Excel)
• Financial Modelling/ Valuation/ Analysis/ Projections
• Drafting Investment Memorandum
• Prior knowledge of and passion for the start-up ecosystem
