Reliance Jio is hiring for the role of Talent Management Executive!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Manage post-joining employee life cycle.
• Ensure completion of Induction and RFR as per the defined schedule.
• Ensure timely completion of all HR operational tasks thereby ensuring, a seamless employee experience.
• Execute PMS within defined timelines and laid guidelines.
• Ensure completion of assigned field visits, as per company guidelines.
• Execute all Employee Engagement initiatives within the allocated budget.
• Develop strong employee, connect and support in the resolution of employee issues and grievances
• Ensure basic HR Hygiene and support the IR team on compliance issues.
• Facilitate the Internal Job Process (IJP) of the eligible employees, as per company guidelines

Requirements:

• Master's Degree / Diploma in Human Resources
• Experience Requirement: 2 to 6 Years
• Strong interpersonal communication skills
• Effective problem-solving and analytical skills
• Stakeholder management.
• Communication skills (written & verbal).
