Reliance Jio is hiring for the role of Area Talent Acquisition Executive!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Drive recruitment by effective source mix, within a defined budget, SLA, and quality parameters in the allocated geography
• Build a talent pool by developing alternate sourcing channels like College Campus, Government Skill Development Agencies, Employment Exchanges, etc
• Manage all recruitment-related compliances including Background Verification, Negotiation Audit responses
• Work on the specific project requirements as per the given timeline
• Regular analysis of recruitment dashboards & analytics to ensure completion within SLA
• Drive recruitment of identified Critical positions on priority at Respective Area
• Manage Geography stakeholders in order to ensure timely closure of requirements in their respective verticals
• Ensure proper engagement of candidates during the pre-onboarding phase, for a better employee experience

Requirements:

• Master`s Degree / Diploma in Human Resources
• Negotiation skills
• Effective problem-solving and analytical skills
• Communication skills (written & verbal)
• Effective presentation skills

• Strong interpersonal communication skills
• Experience Required- 2 to 6 Years
