Maruti Suzuki is hiring for the role of Area Supervisor Production quality Control (Female)!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Ensure workplace safety by enforcing adherence to safety PPE, standards, and rules.
• Conduct vehicle inspections according to standards to prevent the release of defects.
• Achieve Quality targets and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).
• Plan and manage manpower effectively.
• Train new personnel according to established standards.
• Maintain and improve the 5S principles in the workplace.
• Conduct process audits to ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Monitor defects, analyze data, and provide information to relevant departments.
• Ensure discipline among manpower and compliance with organizational rules.
• Manage conflict resolution and industrial relations (IR) issues.
• Provide counseling, mentoring, and resolution of personnel issues.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 (Quality) and ISO 14001 / 45001 (Environment, Health, and Safety) standards and ensure compliance.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication skills in both Hindi and English.
• Familiarity with QC Tools and problem-solving techniques.
• Willingness to work in shift rotations (A/B shifts).
• Ability to perform standing jobs for 8 hours.
• Ready to engage in physical work.
• Ability to supervise, be supervised by, and work alongside male personnel.
• Capability to work in high-production environments within defined timelines and meet targets.
• Team player with excellent communication skills.
