Area Sales Manager - Direct Sales Job in Pune at Truhome Finance Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive direct sales business in the assigned area to achieve monthly and annual targets.
• Recruit, train, and manage a team of Sales Executives / Relationship Officers.
• Monitor daily sales activities and ensure productivity benchmarks are met.
• Develop and implement local sales strategies to increase market penetration.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
• Conduct regular field visits for performance monitoring and team motivation.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and process guidelines.
• Track competitor activities and provide market feedback to management.
• Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly sales reports.
