Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve primary and secondary sales targets for the area
- Lead, guide, and monitor ASE/TSI team performance
- Appoint and manage distributors/dealers
- Plan beat structure, route plans, and market coverage
- Ensure stock availability and demand planning
- Execute trade schemes, promotions, and branding initiatives
- Analyze sales data and prepare sales forecasts
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends
- Ensure timely collections and control credit
- Conduct regular market visits and team field coaching
