Roles & Responsibilities:

• Build strategies & manage sales and business development for distribution market & direct food manufacturers.
• Identify potential customers and develop plans to tap business opportunities.
• Generate demand from customers by understanding their techno commercial flavor requirements and further to be passed on to technical department in office for solutions.
• Provide regional market insights to office.
• Assists Account Department in keeping correct records on respective accounts.
• Maintain records of all pricings, sales, and activity reports.
• Demonstrate Company values, ethics & pride through exemplary behavior.
• Keep a track of the clients business initiatives and future plans & analyze its impact on business.

Qualification & Skills:

• Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Proactive and self-motivated with a competitive mindset and a passion for achieving sales goals.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
