Key Responsibilities:

  • Set sales targets and develop strategies to achieve them within the assigned area.
  • Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and provide regular reports to the management.
  • Identify new business opportunities and potential customers within the area.
  • Develop and implement sales plans and strategies to penetrate new markets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
  • Forecast sales targets and develop annual sales budgets for the assigned area.
  • Coordinate with other departments, such as marketing, operations, and customer service, to ensure smooth business operations.
  • Collaborate with the product development team to provide input on customer needs and market trends.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts to the management.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales management, preferably in a similar industry or within the designated geographic area.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Result-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Knowledge of market research, customer behavior, and sales forecasting.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
