Key Responsibilities (Job Description)
1. New Customer Acquisition
2. Customer retention
3. Business development with all range of products, services & solution
4. Develop new market and grow existing market
5. Working with distributors/dealers
6. Organize awareness campaigns/seminars and other promotional events with customers/potential customers
7. Ensure payment recovery
8. Weekly Sales report with proper & potential funnel
Professional qualification:
Minimum 3 years of industrial years’ experience. Minimum 1 and Half years’ sales in industrial products. Exposure in PPE/Safety market is preferred. Working with the Safety industry with solutions/product may considered as a special virtue.
Desirable
Communication in English and Tamil.
Customer-oriented & Solution provider
Very good customer relationship
Industrial Market knowledge
Behavior of sustenance
Hindi is desirable
Diploma in Safety Course
Knowledge of PPE/Fall Protection
Knowledge of Safety Market
Experience working in a factory
Relationship with distributors/channel partners etc.
