About the role:

• We are looking for an energetic Sales Manager to help us expand our Business. You will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy.
• The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.

Responsibilities:

• Managing, training and motivating the existing sales team to drive revenue growth
• Develop and manage efficient distribution networks for sales
• Develop efficient and creative sales and marketing strategies for the assigned territory and target setting for the sales team
• Collecting customer and market feedback and reporting the same to the organization
• Monitoring sales team performance, analyzing sales data, periodical forecasting and reporting to zonal heads

Candidate requirements:

• Should require experience as an Area Sales Executive or Sales Manager.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Excellent leadership skills
• Critical thinker and problem solver
• Great communication and presentation skills
• Excellent command of MS Office and CRM software
• 1-3 years of experience in business development, sales management, or Manufacturing Product selling etc.
