Skills & Qualifications

• 5–10 years of sales experience in NBFC, housing finance, or banking sector.
• Proven track record in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong leadership, team management, and mentoring skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver results in a competitive market.
