Rapsys is hiring for the role of Area Sales Manager!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Spearhead sales acquisition and operations for apartment societies in Bangalore.
• Lead the large sales function, driving key metrics, building teams, and fostering a strong customer focus.
• Manage BD Managers and operations team, and oversee city performance.
• Foster strategic partnerships with builders, facility management companies, etc.
• Collaborate with talented colleagues to develop short and long-term growth strategies.
• Utilize independence and autonomy to drive 100X team growth.
• Identify, experiment, and execute innovative expansion ideas.

Requirements:

• Graduation in any field
• Minimum 3+ years of experience with team management experience of a minimum 1 year.
• Willing to travel on the field.
• Communication: Excellent communication skills in English and/or the regional language.
• Empathy: Understand the field sales as the demos need to be given at the societies.
• Agility: Ability to change according to business requirements.
• Motivation: Demonstrate a positive, ‘can-do’ attitude. Willing to roll up your sleeves and
  get things done.
• Data-driven: Keen interest in analyzing performance data and transforming it into
  actionable strategies.
