Henkel is hiring for the job role of Area Sales Manager!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Responsible for scaling up the new ACC (Adhesive for consumers & craftsman) SBU in Bangalore, Mysore & Mangalore/Hyderabad cities
• Scale up the distribution, recruit, and train a new team of sales and marketing executives.
• Implement best-in-class sales & marketing processes in conjunction with the sales head
• Lead the field marketing team, and BTL initiatives and will be responsible for consumer/end-user conversion
• Develop strong win-win partnerships with channel and trade partners & distributors, including creating joint business plans with a medium to long-term view
• Coach, skill, guide, and inspire a team to implement the agenda, achieve stretch goals and drive best-in-class execution

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of work experience in driving a front-line sales team
• Any Graduate/Post Graduate degree
• Complete geographic knowledge of the city of Bangalore/Hyderabad
• Language skills (English, Kannada & Hindi)
• Excellent understanding of distribution concepts, ability to put systems & process in place as per the market need
• Excellent interpersonal skills, including influencing, negotiation and communications skills to effectively manage stakeholder relationships across teams; high on energy and driven
