Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Interacting with people - An obvious requirement for a Sales person! Go-getters who can network and interact with a host of people, within and outside Ather, and use this data to shape decisions
• Establishing rapport - Develop trusting relationships with retail partners and internal stakeholders, creating lasting impressions and manage stakeholder expectations
• Analysing information - Great problem solvers who bring in curiosity and a passion for deep-diving into and analysing information from different sources
• Embracing change - Can cope with the uncertainty and ambiguity of a young organisation in a positive manner
• Team working - Enjoys working in and contributing to cross-functional teams, considering team views openly and making sure feedback is taken while making decisions
• Managing Tasks - Multi-tasking wizards who know the importance of planning, prioritising, and organizing before jumping to execution

Requirements:

• A Postgraduate degree in Business or a graduate degree in Engineering from a Tier I/Tier II institute
• Experience in Field Sales, Key Account Management, Client Servicing, Customer Relationship Management, or Community Management is a plus
• Strong advocate of a culture of accountability
