Area Sales Head (Retail DSA) Job in Delhi at Aditya Birla Capital Limited

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development:

• Drive sales for Prime Mortgage / LAP products through the DSA channel.
• Develop and expand the DSA network in the assigned area.
• Ensure consistent business inflow from DSA partners.

Team & Partner Management:

• Manage a team of Sales Managers / Relationship Managers.
• Regularly engage with DSAs to ensure high productivity and motivation.
• Conduct product and process training for DSAs and internal teams.

Sales Planning & Execution:

• Prepare monthly sales plans and monitor performance vs. targets.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to devise effective strategies.

Credit Quality & Compliance:

• Ensure adherence to credit norms and internal policies.
• Work closely with the credit and operations team to ensure seamless processing and disbursal.
• Monitor portfolio quality and control delinquencies.

Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key DSA partners.
• Resolve partner grievances promptly and efficiently.

Reporting & MIS:

• Provide regular business reports and performance updates to senior management.
• Track performance metrics and take corrective action when needed.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong understanding of the Prime Mortgage and LAP market.
• Proven experience in DSA channel management.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data.
• Team leadership and stakeholder management.
