Area Sales Executive/ Manager Job in Jalandhar at Designco

• Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for the assigned area, aligned with the company's overall sales objectives. Set ambitious sales targets and define clear action plans to achieve them.
• Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales professionals. Provide leadership, guidance, and ongoing coaching to ensure individual and team performance. Set clear sales targets, monitor performance, and provide regular feedback and performance evaluations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders in the area. Understand customer needs, provide solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction. Act as a trusted advisor and develop long-term partnerships.
• Lead by example and actively engage in sales activities. Drive the sales team to achieve sales targets and revenue goals. Monitor sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to maximize sales effectiveness.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify market trends, customer preferences, and competitive activities. Gather market intelligence and insights to inform sales strategies and business decisions.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the area. Proactively seek out potential customers, partnerships, and channels to expand market presence and drive revenue growth.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales management, preferably in a similar industry or market segment.
• Strong leadership and team management skills. Ability to motivate and inspire a sales team to achieve targets and drive results.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Sound understanding of sales techniques, customer relationship management, and sales processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proactive and results-driven mindset.
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
• Ability to travel within the assigned area as required.
