About this Job
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Conduct daily market visits to retailers/dealers
- Increase outlet coverage and product penetration
- Ensure product visibility, merchandising, and branding in outlets
- Implement trade schemes and promotional activities
- Build strong relationships with retailers and distributors
- Collect market intelligence on competitors and pricing
- Ensure timely collection and minimize outstanding dues
- Submit daily sales reports and beat plans
