Aditya Birla Group is hiring for the role of Area Project Manager!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Preparing work schedule and regular site visits and multiple and regular communication/coordination with different stakeholders like- VM, Design team, Landlord, Franchise, RBD team, multiple vendors, and Ops team.
• Organizing project steering meetings and sharing the project reports. Completing all the documentation like site visit reports, checklists, and hand over documents.
• Inviting estimates from vendors, vetting them and sending them to the commercial team for PO creations. The target taken for project completion is 39 days.
• Developing vendors as per the forecasted plan and immediate requirements.
• Ensuring standardized quality of work across stores.
• Ensuring that repair and Maintenance are carried out effectively and in a timely manner.
• Scheduling the completion of work for a particular project.
• Clearing all the snags within the given timeline.

Requirements:
