Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Driving Innovation Through Technology: 
  
  • Identify new technologies for future needs of the Mining & Ferro Alloys business- through Innovative thinking, Networking, and Interaction with Technology providers for testing the available technologies to tailor to TSML requirements
  • Identify the best-in-class innovative technology, associated cost, etc. for operations and develop a plan for acquiring/ building required technology options after evaluating all options
  • Technical gaps assessments in mines and ferroalloy plants for planning the technological job requirements.
  • Guide the team in identifying the future requirements of the company, developing the area experts and skill enhancements.
  • Enable learning and orientation in the division towards technology through various interventions, disseminate knowledge for skill enhancement of the team through interactions and technical discussions with peers, presenting technology findings, organizing technical discussions, Paper
• Drive simplification through Digital: 
  
  • Foster data-driven decision-making through Digital, Analytics, and visualization
  • Opportunities for improving process efficiency by identifying the opportunities from the data
  • Contribute to building organizational culture using Digital technologies and other enablers
  • Work closely with the One-IT team and business to identify digital interventions to bring simplification
  • Prepare and facilitate the making of Business requirement documents and other requirements from units to enable the development and execution of digital projects by/ through the One-IT team
• Project Management: Plan, execute, and monitor technology projects and trials with various stakeholders, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
• Capex Assessment and Business Case Formulation: Assess the capital requirement of the projects, formulate the business case, and support allocating resources effectively and cost-efficiently.

Requirements:
