Teachmint is hiring for the role of Area Manager - Partnership!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Designing regional strategies to build a healthy Channel partner P&L
- Onboarding partners in white spaces as per defined criteria
- Connecting and visiting channel partners to ensure a continuous flow of leads
- Activating onboarded partners in the operating market
- Ensuring timely onboarding and training of the partner team
- Shadow channel partner team on the sales pitches and demo, if required
- Own Partner P&L to drive sales and ensure timely implementation
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience with a distinctive track record of exceeding new targets
- Experience in Distribution/ Channel development/ Partner management is a must
- Partnership experience will be a plus
- End-to-end ownership with an action bias
- Willingness to build from scratch and become a part of a 0 to 1 journey
- Entrepreneurial mindset in finding unique ways to achieve speed and scale
