Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Servicing franchisees & existing PMS clients
• Building a good rapport with them by providing market information & current portfolio status
• Cross-selling of Equity, Mutual Fund & PMS products
• Having strong analytical & communication skills
• Achieving desired sales targets
• Updating the work to the reporting manager by EOD regularly

Requirements:

• MBA/PGDM (Finance/Marketing) Degree holder or focused education in Financial Planning/Wealth Management. Other qualifications like CFP will be an advantage
• Minimum 1.5+ yrs in handling HNI Relationships, Sales & Financial Planning of HNI Clients from the BFSI sector with good business/market knowledge. Having experience in handling HNI Client Acquisitions Relationship Management & service
• Ability to inspire trust and confidence in clients
• Ability to engage clients in meaningful conversations about their finances and take an active interest in their financial well-being
• Ability to learn and be updated in line with the capital markets & current affairs
• A thorough understanding of financial markets, their behaviour, movements and expectations with respect to market
• Ability to process several inputs provided by the research team and other sources and apply them to the specific context of several clients – thus generating insights for clients
• Good oral and written communication skills with clarity of thought, speech and expression
