Airtel is hiring for the role of Area Manager - HDO!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Assist with a reduction in Copper cuts all across circle SR Inflow reduction
- Assist with 100% of incidents captured into the remedy system to strengthen the reward/penalty towards third-party vendors
- Strengthen the UGCM Contract
- Capture all trouble tickets into designed systems
- Reduce ERP cases Reduction in ERP cases keeping NEs healthy
Requirements:
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong communication skills
- Understanding of customer life cycle
- Experience in handling large teams
- Knowledge of wireline/broadband /internet business
- Knowledge of copper parameters & related tools
- Innovative
