Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Managing and ensuring smooth day to day operations and administration of the State
• Recruitment of Middle Management and Creating a solid management team
• Representing all the forums in the state on behalf of Organization
• Tracking and improving the performance of junior team members and providing necessary guidance
• Risk Mitigation
• Control employee and client frauds
• Manage and control NPA, OD, PAR and Bad Debts of the State
• Developing and Implementing internal controls & monitoring systems and groom existing systems/ processes by bringing in industry best practices
• Reporting to the SH/COO on TagetsVs Achievements
• Ensuring Smooth functioning and reporting of all the Districts and Branches
• Implementation of New Products, Processes and Procedures
• Ensuring Customer Service and Satisfaction
• Leading and Implementing key business projects of the state
• Conducting Branch and Field visits to oversee the business performance and staff work culture.
