Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Provide support in hiring of resources at the Jio center/ area
• Ensure smooth onboarding of new joinees
• Manage end to end employee life cycle at respective Jio centres/ area
• Ensure all hygiene factors are completed as per timeline
• Ascertain smooth functioning of HR operations in respective area
• Support IR team in compliance issues at Jio Center/ area
• Handle employee queries on HR processes and policies
• Execute employee engagement initiatives in respective area
• Manage area MIS and tracking of key activities of HR

Requirements:

• Master`s Degree in Human Resources / Psychology
• Fresher / Less than 1 year experienced can apply
