Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to achieve business goals within the assigned area.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
• Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and adherence to organizational standards.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, local regulations, and quality standards.
• Drive sales performance by implementing effective strategies and monitoring results.

• Conduct performance reviews, identify training needs, and organize development programs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.

• Prepare and monitor budgets for the area and ensure cost control.

• Prepare and present regular performance reports to senior management.
