Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and prioritize target markets and potential customers within the designated area.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline by prospecting, qualifying leads, and closing sales deals.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth and profitability of the organization.
  • Build a strong referral network by establishing and maintaining relationships with existing customers, industry associations, and professional networks.
  • Negotiate and establish partnerships and contractual agreements to drive business growth and achieve mutual objectives.
  • Collaborate with partners to develop joint marketing and sales initiatives, co-branded campaigns, and other collaborative efforts.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and opportunities in CRM systems or other designated tools.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, including pipeline status, sales forecasts, and progress against targets.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role, preferably in the specific industry or market segment.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Results-oriented with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to gather and interpret market data.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Willingness to travel as required for client meetings, industry events, and business development activities.
