Arc Welder (SMAW) Job in Mumbai at Belami Fine Chemicals

We are hiring an Arc Welder (SMAW) responsible for performing manual welding using shielded metal arc welding processes. The role involves fabrication, repair, and joining of metal parts while ensuring quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform welding using SMAW (stick welding) techniques

Read and interpret engineering drawings and welding symbols

Prepare metal surfaces and set up welding equipment

Inspect welds for defects and ensure quality standards

Carry out repair and maintenance welding work

Follow safety procedures and proper PPE usage

Maintain tools and work area cleanliness

Required Skills & Qualifications:

ITI in Welder / Fabrication or equivalent

Basic knowledge of arc welding techniques

Ability to read simple drawings and measurements

Strong attention to detail and safety awareness

Welding Supervisor / Production Supervisor
