Forbes Advisor is hiring for the role of AR Assistant!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Assist in preparing revenue data to be booked on the ERP system, creating and sending out monthly invoices.
• Support with creating and maintaining partner master records and completing supplier forms/portal requests with billing information.
• Process and allocate partner payments and ensure partner accounts are reconciled accurately.
• Support credit control duties to collect aged debt.
• Help improve and adhere to Accounts Receivable and credit control practices.
• Support in resolving queries and any other ad hoc duties, where required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above
• At least two years of proven experience in Accounts receivable/bookkeeping
• Knowledge with NetSuite – Advantage
• Experience in the AdTech sphere – Advantage
• Attention to details
• Business oriented
• Strong communications skills
• Great interpersonal abilities
