Genpact is hiring for the role of Apprentice/Process Associate - Core Banking Operations!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Process request as per the application, referring to standard operating procedures
• Update customer demographics in the bank system
• Assist with policy set and document generation
• Assist with reviewing mortgage tax payment
• Search for customer contact information 
• Reconcile internal bank general ledger accounts
• Post check details into the bank system
• Coordinate with bank vendors to gather information and respond to customer inquiries

Requirements:

• Qualification: Any Graduate
• Preferred:
  • Communication: Proficient in Reading, Writing, and Speaking skills (English)
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy
  • Demonstrates delivery of high-quality output
  • Ability to work in a changing environment
  • Knowledge of banking terminology
