Jio Platforms is hiring for the role of Apprentice Engineer!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Ensure first-level proactive and reactive maintenance.
- Prioritize faults to meet SLA regularly.
- Handle emergencies and, if required, coordinate with first-level operations and investigate faults/causes.
- Deal with complaints and escalations raised by end-customer Operations/CC centre.
- Handle and analyze trouble tickets and recommend timely actions.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of domain mandatory
- Ensure the usage of all processes and tools as per agreed SLA
- Knowledge of technical support activities
- Delegate/coordinate the tasks efficiently
