L3HARRIS is hiring for the job role of Applications Engineering Specialist!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Using basic and advanced voice and data RF communication techniques in the operation of military radio systems.
• Design and configure customer network devices and integrate peripherals using required protocols to customer concept of operations (CONOP).
• Communicates system capabilities to customers and creates detailed written reports of outcomes and actions, where necessary.
• Troubleshooting/Testing at a system level and at a board level.
• Present technical solutions to internal and external customers.
• Provide technical translation and maintain good rapport with the customer.

Requirements:

• Technical specifications and associated parts list
• Cisco IP Networking architecture
• Hardware, software configuration, and CPA creation
• Trade show and field product demonstrations
• Bachelor’s Degree and minimum of 4 years of prior relevant experience or 2 years post-secondary/associate degree and a minimum of 8 years of prior related experience.
• Associate degree in telecommunications, electrical or computer engineering, or related
• Proficient in Hindi and English
• Ability to be an independent problem solver and customer advocate. Proven ability to work efficiently and effectively with internal/external customers
• 8 years of relevant experience in relative technical areas
• o include radio operator, signals officer or communications equipment maintenance, or highly relevant experience with Harris and this customer base
• 8 years of experience in HF, VHF, and multiband radio networking
• 4 years of experience in IP networking and tactical radio design and troubleshooting
