Oracle is hiring for the role of Applications Developer!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Develop in-depth knowledge of the company’s development tools, and development procedures.
• Actively participate in the development and review of business and system requirements to obtain a thorough understanding of business needs in order to deliver accurate solutions.
• Develop high-quality software code in accordance with established company standards and development guidelines.
• Produce technical documentation that accurately depicts the software design & code base. The documentation needs to sufficiently assist QA testing & production support activities.
• Perform adequate UAT of own & other developers work. At a minimum, unit testing should ensure all requirements have been addressed, basic functionality works & errors are handled properly.
• Expeditiously troubleshoot application production issues that resolve the issues without causing additional problems.
• Provide updates to the Application Development Manager and Applications Architect on work in progress, work completed, and work planned, and issues potentially impacting the on time completion or quality level of work.

Requirements:

• Hands on Database experience of PL/SQL and SQL queries
• Hands on Web technologies experience of HTML, JavaScript, CSS, XML, AJAX, J Query
• Knowledge/Experience of Web-based application development
• Knowledge/Experience in Oracle Application Express (APEX)
• M.C.A or B.E/B.Tech or M.E/M.Tech in Computer Science or Information Technology
• 0 to 2 years of experience in applications development, testing, implementation, and documentation of applications
