Crystal Televentures is hiring for the role of Application Support Engineer!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Work together with the Application Support Manager to provide amazing customer support to users, ranging from small to large online retailers like Wish, Etsy, Lazada, and Groupon Goods.
• Work with our customers to understand their problems, frustrations, and roadblocks.
• Provide your analysis to internal stakeholders, educating and evangelizing for improvements that result in a support experience that delights customers.
• Work with our product management and engineering teams to provide quantitative feedback on customer issues.
• Help drive product improvements to reduce customer frustration and friction.

Requirements:

• Work Experience: Fresher - 1 Year
• Qualification: B.Tech/BE – IT/Computer Science
• Industry: ITeS
• Key skills: APIs, Java, Jquery, Javascript, SQL
• Excellent in Communication (English - both written and verbal)Basic Knowledge of Application Support system
• Must be aware of 24/7 work environment
