Application Support Analyst – Data & Integration Job in Hyderabad at Invesco India Pvt. Ltd.

Invesco is hiring for the role of Application Support Analyst – Data & Integration!

Responsibilities of the Candidate: 

• Resolve application issues raised by clients on a day-to-day basis in an effective and timely manner
• Maintain system support documentation for all supported applications, ensuring it is kept up to date
• Monitor system integrity through daily system checks to ensure a high standard of service is provided to clients
• Assist with regular system upgrades by reviewing functionality changes, conducting system testing, delivering client training, and updating support documentation
• Advise the team leader on improvements to support team processes and procedures, and ensure agreed procedures are followed
• Provide out-of-hours, weekend, and bank holiday support as required and agreed with the team lead
• Assist with small enhancements on supported systems as needed
• Support the development and implementation of improvements to team processes and procedures

Requirements: 

• 1 to 3 years of data support experience with SQL Server
• 1 to 3 years of experience with Informatica PowerCenter
• Basic experience scripting with Python
• Experience working within the Agile/Scrum software development framework is a plus
• Experience in the Financial Services industry is a plus
• Exceptional ability in diagnosing and solving information system problems while maintaining professionalism and courtesy
• Ability to execute deliverables, establish priorities, meet deadlines, and focus on detailed information in a fast-paced, demanding work environment
• Strong interpersonal skills to effectively interact and communicate with individuals at all technical levels via in-person, phone, teleconference, and email
• Ability to execute assignments with moderate direction
• Strong work ethic required
