Honeywell is hiring for the role of Application Engineer II!

Responsibilities of the Candidates:

• Technical support for Honeywell APM/UAS applications to resolve the service requests within service level agreements.
• Identify and log product defects while troubleshooting support issues and collaborate with the development team to fix them according to defect priority, thus helping to improve overall stability of APM/UAS applications.
• Liaison with the GTAC/development team for timely delivery of solutions to the customers
•  Actively driving Knowledge Centered Support (KCS) within the team by Engaging in the creation of new articles (updating existing articles) for all problem cases.
•  Actively engage in product readiness from a Technical Support perspective (NPI, defect verification, and product training)

• Bachelors/Post Graduate degree in Chemical Engineering/Instrumentation Engineering
• 2 - 4+ years of Experience in Honeywell Advanced Applications like APM/UAS tools; preferably Honeywell APM/UAS applications
• Hands-on experience in the design, implementation and commissioning experience of APM/UAS applications
• Experience in Technical support activities; especially in Honeywell Advanced applications (preferably in APM/UAS)
• Experience in SQL Database, Python
• Good communication and writing skills.
• Good team player. Strong ability to maintain good working relationships with customers.
